Cat Eye Kristi's inspiration comes directly from Tina Schinasi, the designer of the 1930's Harlequin Eyeglass Frames, what we now know as the cat eye style. Her designs have impacted women's eyewear for the past 80 years! Thanks to Ms. Schinasi, cat eye frames are now ubiquitous, flattering on almost everyone, always a conversation starter! At Cat Eye Kristi we look to build upon this heritage by updating our collection monthly - launching new cat eye styles including our Black Cat Limited Edition Sunnie.
